Position: Head of Research and Development
Location: Bhavnagar, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced Head of Research and Development to lead our polymer innovation journey and shape the next generation of materials, products, and processes.
What you will be responsible for
- Lead the development of new polymer based products, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
- Drive innovation in cost effective and sustainable material solutions.
- Research, analyze, and develop advanced polymer composite materials.
- Lead material characterization and testing using analytical tools such as Viscometer, TGA, DSC, ATR, Moisture Titrator, and Gas Chromatography.
- Build, mentor, and lead the R and D team while driving a culture of scientific excellence.
- Work closely with cross functional teams including manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and business leadership.
- Track global material science trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.
What we are looking for
- PhD or IIT background in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of hands on experience in polymer research and product development.
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to commercialization.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership ability, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing research teams and complex development projects.
