Role Description The Head of Reddit Growth is a full-time remote role responsible for leading IECHM's presence, reputation, and customer acquisition efforts on Reddit. This role includes designing and executing growth strategies across relevant subreddits, building and managing communities, and creating content and engagement plans that showcase IECHM's capabilities to founders, engineers, and product teams. The person in this role will monitor and participate in subreddit discussions, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities for lead generation, partnerships, and brand advocacy. They will analyze performance metrics, run experiments to optimize user acquisition funnels, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align Reddit initiatives with overall business goals. Daily activities also involve managing calendars for AMAs and product showcases, refining messaging based on user feedback, and ensuring ethical, transparent growth practices that comply with Reddit's policies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to design, test, and scale effective Reddit-specific growth experiments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Acquisition to build and optimize funnels that convert Reddit engagement into qualified leads and opportunities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Business Development to nurture relationships initiated on Reddit into tangible business conversations and partnerships.
• Strong understanding of Reddit culture, rules, and best practices, including experience moderating or actively participating in relevant communities.
• Ability to create clear, persuasive written communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-informed decisions.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating across time zones with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in growth or community-led marketing.
