Head of Recruitment

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Head of Recruitment. The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, developing recruitment strategies, and leading employer branding efforts. Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, handling graduate recruitment programs, and fostering relationships with candidates and stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to ensure the recruitment strategy aligns with the organization's goals and values.

• Expertise in Hiring and Recruiting processes to attract and secure top-tier talent
• Experience in Employer Branding to promote the organization as an employer of choice
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
• Knowledge of Graduate Recruitment programs and strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and execute recruitment initiatives that align with the organization's mission
• Prior experience in a similar role within a non-profit or socially-driven organization is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
