Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function and drive hiring excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, building high-performing recruitment teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and implement the organization's talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
  • Drive workforce planning and hiring forecasts with business leaders.

Recruitment Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across technology, product, sales, operations, and leadership hiring.
  • Manage internal recruiters, sourcing specialists, and external recruitment partners.
  • Establish and optimize recruitment processes, metrics, and hiring standards.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs.
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and hiring insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent-related decisions.

Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Drive campus hiring, diversity hiring, leadership hiring, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Leverage social media, professional networks, and industry events for talent attraction.

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to improve efficiency.

Employer Branding

  • Enhance the organization's employer value proposition (EVP).
  • Lead recruitment marketing initiatives and social media campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience hiring for Technology, Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, and Leadership positions.
  • Strong understanding of talent market trends and compensation benchmarking.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and workforce planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Services, Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting organizations.
  • Exposure to global hiring across the US, Europe, APAC, and India.
  • MBA or advanced degree in HR/Business Management is preferred.
