PURPOSE
The Head of TA will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting the company's commercial growth through expert management of the recruitment engine.
Team Leadership: Managing and developing specialized teams across three key verticals: Production (Bulk), Technology, and Lateral hiring
Risk & Performance Management: Assessing recruitment risks and optimizing commercial strategies to position the company as a top employer.
Strategic Oversight: Providing strategic insights by conducting in-depth analysis of talent market trends and macroeconomic outlooks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Vertical Management: Oversee and mentor a recruitment team organized into three distinct pillars: Bulk/Production hiring, Niche Technology hiring, and Senior Lateral hiring.
Strategic Forecasting: Develop and apply models to predict talent demand and track global economic indicators affecting the labor market.
Process Optimization: Define strategic positioning for recruitment mega-trends, including digital transformation and shifting talent hubs.
Performance Excellence: Ensure the team meets high-performance standards, specifically maintaining high Turnaround Time (TAT) and joiner targets.
Stakeholder Management: Provide strategic recommendations to the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Leadership to shape the company's talent direction.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for Senior Management, highlighting team KPIs, market insights, and strategic gaps.
Vendor & Budget Oversight: Manage the national TA budget and external recruitment partners to ensure cost-efficient scaling.

Qualifications and Certifications
Minimum 1014+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into scalable team actions.
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Ability to pivot between granular operational issues and high-level strategic planning for global requirements.
