We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead and scale the hiring function at Axestrack. This role will own end-to-end talent acquisition, including strategy, execution, team leadership, and process excellence, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning - Partner with business leaders to define hiring plans aligned with growth objectives
Prioritize roles and set clear hiring timelines and sourcing strategies
End-to-End Hiring Ownership - Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement to joining
Ensure timely closures across all functions and levels Track and improve funnel metrics and hiring quality
Team Leadership - Lead and manage the recruitment team with clear targets and accountability
Coach team members on sourcing, screening, and closure. Drive a performance-driven and process-oriented culture
Process & Governance - Build and enforce structured recruitment processes, trackers, and reporting
Improve efficiency, turnaround time, and consistency in hiring
Sourcing & Pipeline Building - Strengthen sourcing across channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
Build pipelines for recurring and critical roles
Manage high-volume and niche hiring requirements
Stakeholder & Closure Management - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders
Manage expectations with data-backed insights
Drive offer closures and improve joining ratios
Reporting & Analytics - Track key metrics (conversion ratios, time-to-fill, joining rates)
Use data to identify gaps and improve hiring outcomes
Skills & Competencies
Technical:
Strong sourcing (Boolean), recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hiring dashboards
Leadership:
Team management and coaching
Strong stakeholder management and communication
Structured, data-driven approach with strong execution focus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fast-growing, high-hiring environments
Exposure to diverse hiring (sales, operations, entry-level, niche roles)
Success Measures:
Timely closure of critical roles
Strong hiring quality and conversion ratios
Improved offer-to-join rates
High team productivity and stakeholder satisfaction
