Job Description
- Architect and deliver cross-domain detection and intelligence platforms for streaming data.
- Build and scale real-time pipelines (Kafka, Flink, Spark) and productionise ML/anomaly models to surface risks.
- Extract meaningful signals from high-volume, noisy datasets and continuously refine models through feedback loops.
- Define end-to-end detection approaches, system design, and response workflows for critical use cases.
- Partner across engineering, data, product, risk, and operations lead and grow a high-impact detection and intelligence team.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 8 years of experience in real-time systems, AI/ML, fraud analytics, cybersecurity, or anomaly detection.
- Proven track record building production-scale data pipelines and event-driven systems, with hands-on expertise in Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
- Strong background in signal engineering, anomaly detection, or event correlation, with experience deploying ML models in live environments.
- Systems-oriented thinker who can translate fragmented data into scalable, actionable insights.
- Effective in fast-paced, high-noise settings, with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
