Head of R&D - D2C - Dairy Product

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross functional teams to think, innovate and create bolder, better

innovations.

• Build a strong innovation pipeline aligned with consumer trends and business strategy

• Drive formulation, benchmarking, trials, sensory evaluation and commercialization

• Improve product quality, nutrition, taste, texture and cost efficiency across the portfolio

• Build strong partnerships with ingredient suppliers, co-manufacturers and technical

experts

• Create systems and processes for faster, sharper innovation execution

• Stay ahead of trends across protein, functional foods, gut health, dairy and global food

innovation

Candidate Profile

• A person, who believes keen follower of new trends and of-course loves to

create path breaking innovations,

• 5+ yrs of Strong experience in R&D/product development within dairy, food, beverages and/or

nutrition

• Proven track record of launching successful consumer products at scale

• Strong understanding of processing, manufacturing and commercialization

• Ability to balance innovation, speed, quality and cost

• Consumer-first thinking with strong technical depth

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environmen
