Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Quality Control based in Sri-city, Tada. The Head of Quality Control will oversee quality assurance processes, establish and maintain quality management systems, supervise and guide the QC team, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting analytical assessments, improving laboratory practices, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to uphold the highest quality standards for products.

Qualifications

• Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management expertise
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and implement quality improvement strategies
• Experience in Laboratory Skills for testing and inspection processes
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
