Head of Quality Control

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Quality Head at All Time Plastics Limited to lead the end-to-end Quality function for a plastic manufacturing organization with significant exports to global retailers such as IKEA, Walmart etc. The role demands strong expertise in international quality standards, compliance, process excellence, and customer audits to ensure world-class product quality and adherence to global buyer requirements.

Industry: Plastic Manufacturing (Injection Molding / Homeware )

Education Qualification:: BE Mechanical or BE in any discipline from a recognized university.

Location Khatalwada,

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Plastics/Mechanical/Polymer preferred).
• 18+ years of experience in Quality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in plastic manufacturing
• Lead overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control across manufacturing plants.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and buyer-specific requirements (IKEA, Walmart, and other global customers).
• Drive Zero-Defect culture through robust systems like CAPA, RCA, 8D, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee in-process quality, final inspection, packaging standards, and export quality documentation.
• Manage external customer audits, third-party inspections, and regulatory compliance audits.
• Implement and monitor ISO systems (ISO 9001 and relevant certifications) and ensure process adherence.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Tool Room, and Supply Chain for quality improvement and cost optimization.
• Monitor customer complaints, returns, and performance metrics; lead corrective & preventive actions.
• Develop supplier quality systems and ensure raw material compliance as per export norms.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing quality team across locations.
