This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for the Head of Quality Assurance. The Head of Quality Assurance will lead and maintain the company's quality management systems, ensure compliance with global quality standards, and oversee quality auditing processes. The role includes responsibility for developing and implementing quality control measures, managing quality teams, and driving continuous improvements. The incumbent will also analyze processes and data to ensure product excellence and identify areas for improvement across the organization in alignment with company objectives.

• Proven expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices.
• Experience in Quality Auditing and maintaining compliance with quality standards.
• Strong Quality Management skills with a focus on driving optimized processes.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess data and implement solutions effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with global quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the lighting or electronics industry is an advantage.
