Are you an experienced procurement professional with strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Purchase Head* to lead our Purchase & Procurement Department.

Position:Purchase Head

Location: Ranchi , Jharkhand

Experience: 8–15 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Materials Management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.

Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, electrical items, mechanical components, fabrication materials, and industrial equipment.

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Negotiate competitive pricing and commercial terms to optimize costs.

Ensure timely material availability for uninterrupted production.

Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels, and procurement MIS.

Lead and mentor the purchase team to achieve departmental goals.

Electrical Manufacturing and Heavy Engineering
