Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Projects located in Bengaluru. The Head of Projects will lead, coordinate, and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple spaceframe projects. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This role involves engaging with clients, aligning project objectives with customer needs, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams, to deliver innovative solutions successfully.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management, Leadership, and delivering large-scale structural or architectural projects effectively.
• Strong technical knowledge of design, engineering, and construction processes, including proficiency in advanced design and project management software.
• Excellent Communication, Stakeholder Management, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Budget Planning, Resource Allocation, and Risk Assessment to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ability to multitask, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines and safety standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 15 years of Experience in the spaceframe industry or related structural design/construction sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
