Job Description

  1. Define and execute the CAPEX roadmap aligned with business growth and expansion strategy
  2. Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from feasibility, design, vendor selection to commissioning and handover
  3. Deliver large-scale greenfield/brownfield projects, including manufacturing plants, infrastructure, and utilities
  4. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and regulatory standards (GMP/EHS)
  5. Drive ROI analysis, cost governance, and risk management
  6. Establish robust processes and transparency frameworks across CAPEX execution

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Capex should have:

  • 15-20+ years of experience in CAPEX/project leadership roles
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale manufacturing projects end-to-end
  • Strong background in pharma, life sciences, biologics, or FMCG sectors
  • Expertise in engineering, costing, vendor management, and compliance frameworks
  • Engineering degree (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial or equivalent)
  • High level of ownership, governance focus, and stakeholder management capability
