Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale Capex programs (5000cr+), ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
  • Oversee complete projectlifecycle:
    • Planning & feasibility
    • Engineering & design
    • Procurement & contracting
    • Construction & execution
    • Commissioning and ramp-up
  • Establish and drive:
    • Project governance frameworks
    • Risk management and mitigation processes
    • Reporting systems and project controls
  • Build, mentor, and scale the Capex organization in line with business growth
  • Institutionalize best-in-class project management practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in executing large greenfield manufacturing projects (₹5,000 Cr+ scale)
  • Preferred industries:
    • Solar / Renewable Energy
    • Semiconductor / Electronics
    • Batteries / Energy Storage
    • Metals, Cement, Petrochemicals
  • 20+ years of experience in Project Execution environment and mostly from OEM/Developers/Owners and NOT EPC companies.
  • Engineering Degree is a MUST.
