Strategic Planning & Program Leadership
- Develop strategic plans and budgets for all programs in alignment with organizational goals
- Guide the program team to achieve objectives outlined in the Country Strategy Plan (CSP)
- Review program priorities and ensure alignment with national and international strategies
Program Implementation & Quality Assurance
- Ensure quality execution of all NGO projects
- Monitor program outcomes, documenting learnings and demonstrating value for money
- Consolidate program activities at the national level
Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage the program team to achieve operational and annual targets
- Foster an empowering work environment and promote team-building aligned with NGO values
- Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and ensure timely submission of performance records
