What will your job look like

Key Responsibilities:

• People Centric Leadership: Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, build and maintain a healthy organization, and drive employee engagement.
• Resource Management Group (RMG): Maintain a healthy organization index, manage the bench with flexibility, and ensure demand and supply accountability.
• Centers of Excellence (COE): Own core competencies, build and maintain knowledge, establish and improve processes, and promote quality.
• Shared Services: Lead centralized knowledge-based units supporting regions while optimizing expertise and cost.
• Operations: Oversee executive runtime operations, monitoring, observability, bill cycles, and ensure healthy execution and control.
• Infrastructure & IT: End-to-end ownership of IT as a shared service across the company, including cloud solutions and emerging industry innovations.

All you need is...

• Minimum of 15+ years experience in business, project management, finance, planning and control management with multi-cultural, multi domain, and cross-geographical experience. Must possess a strong technological understanding to provide strategic directions
• Ability to connect and understand teams, technology, and activities, and translate them into executive summaries – Must bridge ongoing activities with company strategic goals – ensuring two-way translation (strategy to work and vice versa)
• Create a culture of excellence, with a self-driven approach, and motivation towards achieving company goals
• Proficient in engaging with external ecosystem including Gartner, AWS and other contractors, on a regular basis
• Managerial experience is essential
