Head of Production

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Production, based in Moradabad. The Head of Production will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met. Tasks include coordinating production planning, managing operations, leading the production team, and controlling budgets to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency. The role demands effective leadership and hands-on involvement in optimizing workflows and processes.

• Proven skills in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outputs
• Experience in Operations Management, including optimizing processes and solving operational challenges
• Strong Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and guide production teams
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage costs effectively within allocated resources
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Moradabad
• Previous experience in luxury decor or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Operations, or related field preferred
