Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Head of Production. The Head of Production will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, planning and managing production schedules, working under high pressure and target based environment, coordinating with various departments, managing the production team, and ensuring optimal use of resources. They will maintain quality standards, and implement efficient processes to meet production goals. Compliance with health and safety regulations and continual improvement of production processes are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Able to work under high pressure & target based environment
• Experience in Operations Management
• Proficiency in Team Management
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• Experience in the hardware manufacturing/Automobile industry is a plus
