Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire production process to meet quality and delivery targets
• Plan and manage production schedules and resources efficiently
• Supervise daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring safety and process compliance
• Drive improvements in productivity and product quality
• Lead and motivate the production team for high-performance
• Monitor and analyse production KPIs to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the Design, Quality, and Maintenance teams for new product introductions, quality assurance, and equipment upkeep
• Prepare and manage the production budget, monitor expenses, and control costs effectively

Requirements:

• 1020 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production role
• Strong expertise in production planning, operations, and shop floor management
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and driving performance
• Working knowledge of lean practices and quality systems
• Leadership and decision-making ability under pressure
