Head of Production

This person has to lead the Caustic chlor Production team to achieve the Production target as per Business Plan through appropriate resource planning, safe & reliable operation of equipments, technical resolutions and maintaining Industrial harmony.

Good knowledge on Caustic soda manufacturing with Membrane technology, Chlorine handling, Flakes and HCL production.

Production planning & Maintaining efficiency norms.

Achieving production target

Manpower handling

Follow up and coordination with other departments for maintenance activities / sales planning etc.

Ensuring safety of personnel /plant.

1. Adherence of Production plan with optimal resources.

2. Ensuring Manpower,Machine and Process safety

3. Increase Production efficiency through preventive and predictive systems.

4. Equipment life enhancement through preventive and predictive maintenance

5. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction 100%.

6. People development through appropriate training , engagements and motivations.

7. Control on Inventory ( Raw material and finished stock)

8. Control expenditure through improvement in practices, modification and improvement projects

9. Identifying Capex and Special proposals for improvement.

Candidate with 12 to 15 experience in a Caustic soda plant with Membrane technology.
