The role involves analyzing LOS, LMS, API, CRM UX Designer quality, applying Branch Expansion Tech activities, integrating customer data in Audit, Fraud Monitoring and RBI Policies. The Role would require handing overseeing and supervising Team of 8-10 IT Professionals based out of Mumbai and Odisha and would require travelling on a regular basis.
Key Objectives
Work on existing solutions - Understand existing solutions, work on development, marketing and distribution along with sales team. Provide regular training to the sales teams on these existing solutions.
Review and upgrade existing products (Experian Scores, Trend Insights Reports & Credit Reports) when necessary
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Loan products across Gold Loan Business
Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business and regulatory goals.
Collaborate with technology, design, operations, compliance, and business teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful product features.
Translate customer and business needs into clear PRDs, wireframes, and user stories.
Ensure all features adhere to regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks (RBI).
Track product adoption, engagement, and retention through data-driven metrics and analytics tools; optimize continuously for better user experience.
Work on new product design an ability to understand the business user's problem statement and be able to use Experian Bureau information to create an Analytical or Platform solutions.
Stay updated on market trends, RBI guidelines, and technology advancements in the Loan and Gold loan-tech domain.
Key Result Areas: -
Handling API, Team handling, IT Infrastructure, Integrating Internal Systems and Peer Bank systems for Co-lending etc.
Streamlining Loan Approval in LOS: Loan Origination System (Customer Information), LMS: Loan Management System (Accounting / Disbursement)
CRM: Customer Relation Management (Lead Generation, Loan Account number creation, KYC etc) To provide full information/knowledge to customers regarding the products and services, increase transparency and promote fair and cordial relationship.
Paper less process: -The application form indicates the documents required to be submitted with the application form. A list of documents/papers to be submitted along-with the application which will be specified in the application form.
Understanding of:
oFrontend: Angular or React-based web application
oBackend: Node.js (NestJS) microservices
oDatabase: PostgreSQL and MongoDB
oHosting Environment: AWS / Azure / GCP (Cloud-native architecture)
oStorage: Encrypted object storage (e.g., S3) for documents
oThird-Party Services: KYC, eSign, Credit Bureau, Payment Gateway APIs
oAccess Medium: Web browser (desktop/mobile), optional mobile app
Qualification and Key Skill Competencies
7 to 10 years of experience, B. Tech/M Tech with minimum 3 years in Bank/NBFC/BFSI Tech domain.
In-depth understanding of Loan platforms
Proven track record in managing digital products in NBFC, fintech, or Loan platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
