Pi42 is building a next-generation crypto derivatives exchange focused on perpetual futures and leveraged trading. We are looking for a Head of Product to define our product vision, drive execution, and build a world-class trading experience for users globally.

The Role

We are looking for a product leader who understands crypto markets and can take ownership of the entire product lifecycle — strategy, roadmap, execution, and growth.

You will work closely with Engineering, Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership teams to build scalable products that deliver a seamless trading experience.

What You'll Own

• Define and execute Pi42's product strategy and roadmap.
• Build and scale trading products across web, mobile, and APIs.
• Own key areas including:
• Futures & derivatives trading experience
• User onboarding & activation
• Trading workflows
• Risk and portfolio features
• Growth and retention initiatives
• Drive product decisions using data, customer insights, and market trends.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team.

What We're Looking For

• 10–15+ years of product leadership experience.
• Strong experience building crypto products.
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, user journeys, and financial products.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex platforms.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to move fast in a startup environment.
