Head of Product Management

Product Management Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for in-house development and collaboration Engagement with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and translate them into actionable product features. Define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with organisational goals. Manage and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and user experience Lead product discovery activities - user research, requirement analysis, and prototyping - to validate ideas before development. Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, continuous improvement, and product support and operations Ensure that products developed in-house meet quality, scalability, and usability standards Project & Delivery Management Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple initiatives within the in-house development portfolio. Establish agile delivery practices, ensuring consistency in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives. Track progress against milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional efforts across design, engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the primary liaison between business units and the development team, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
