Job Description
The Head of Product Integration leads the end-to-end integration of acquisition opportunities in PCC business. A thought partner and an SME who contributes to the growth of the business by helping integrate products, develop business specifically in ROW region, as well as help in evaluating future opportunities.

Experience Required
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in generics, with exposure to product integration, and cross functional program leadership
- Demonstrated experience in M&A integration
- Good to have exposure in BD opportunity evaluation, commercial launches, and / or related strategic roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory pathways, portfolio management, and generic pharma market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Product Integration
- Lead end-to-end integration of the acquired product across R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Commercial, and other functions, ensuring continuity in supply, compliance, and revenue realization
- Develop a clear integration strategy aligned with deal objectives, synergy targets, and organizational context
- Facilitate pre-close and post-close integration planning, including timelines, dependencies, and functional workstream alignment; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during end-to-end planning and execution
- Identify and mitigate risks early; ensure clear direction for all stakeholders (internal / external)
- Maintain disciplined execution on compliance, governance, pharmacovigilance, and continuity of product supply
- Develop integration-linked commercial launch or relaunch plans for the acquired product, ensuring timely market readiness
- Support pricing strategy, P&L planning, and revenue forecasting for the integrated product and regional BD pipeline
- Contribute to Strategy by providing insights into market changes, unmet customer needs, and emerging opportunities
- Drive collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement across functions and geographies
- Provide program oversight, manage integration dashboards, and regularly report progress to senior leadership

Essential Qualification
