The Role 

We are hiring a Head of Product to own product strategy and execution across our platform. You will work directly with founders, engineering, and design teams to define product vision, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and drive meaningful launches that create real value for customers. This is a founding-team-level role with significant ownership and visibility. 

What You Will Do 

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution in close collaboration with founders 

• Own products end-to-end - from 0→1 ideation through launch, iteration, and scale 

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to ship high-quality products 

• Translate customer insights and data into prioritized product decisions 

• Lead stakeholder communication and alignment across the organization 

Who We Are Looking For 

• 4+ years of product management experience in high-growth startups or SaaS companies 

• Strong track record of owning products from ideation to launch and iteration 

• Strong product sense, user empathy, and data-driven decision-making 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills 

• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in fast-paced environments 

• Based in Bengaluru and open to working from our HSR Layout office
