Head of Product and Quality

Figmenta is looking for a Head of Product & Quality to lead product quality, product design direction, and AI-native execution across our Asia team.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in product design, able to guide designers and developers, review their work, and raise the quality bar.

This is not a generic project management role.

This is a product leadership role.

At Figmenta, managers no longer exist.

We have **Execution Leaders**: people who take ownership of projects, teams, and agents; people who get their hands dirty, make mistakes, learn fast, and improve every day.

## What you will do

- Lead product thinking and execution across Figmenta Labs projects

- Use Claude Design to translate rough ideas into clear product flows, specs, and prototypes

- Review UX, UI, features, and product decisions

- Ensure deep respect for brand guidelines across all products you manage

- Apply your knowledge of design, visual hierarchy, usability, and graphic principles

- Give direct feedback to designers and developers

- Monitor and raise the quality of the team's output

- Define what good looks like before work reaches founder review

- Use AI and agents as a natural part of your daily workflow

- Help the team work faster, better, and with higher product standards

## What we need

- Strong product design background

- Excellent eye for UX, UI, hierarchy, usability, and product quality

- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency

- Experience mentoring designers and developers

- Ability to give clear, precise, actionable feedback

- Practical experience using AI tools in daily work

- High standards, strong ownership, and obsession with details

- Ability to turn rough input into clear product direction

- Strong written English
