Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist (MPT-qualified) to lead, scale, and strategically position our Recovery & Rehabilitation vertical within a high-performance, data-driven ecosystem.
This is not a conventional session-delivery role.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Leadership & Advanced Case Management
- Conduct comprehensive biomechanical, orthopedic, neurological, and sports assessments.
- Design evidence-based, outcome-driven rehabilitation protocols.
- Independently manage complex and premium clientele.
- Develop structured recovery pathways for orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, chronic pain syndromes, and lifestyle disorders.
- Maintain documentation, outcome tracking, and reporting systems.
- Integrate physiotherapy with strength training, performance, and metabolic programs.
Department Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Strategically scale the physiotherapy vertical as a revenue center.
- Design bundled offerings: Recovery + Performance, Rehab-to-Strength transitions, Preventive longevity programs.
- Track KPIs: Monthly revenue targets, session utilization rate, client retention, repeat enrollment, referral generation.
- Build and manage referral networks including orthopedists, sports physicians, functional medicine doctors, and premium medical centers.
- Identify expansion opportunities such as new modalities, advanced technologies, and corporate rehabilitation partnerships.
Systems & Protocol Development
- Create structured SOPs for assessment, treatment delivery, documentation, and safety protocols.
- Develop standardized clinical pathways while preserving personalization.
- Implement measurable outcome tracking systems.
- Introduce technology-based recovery systems where relevant.
- Ensure quality control and clinical audit frameworks.
Team Capability Building & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor physiotherapists and recovery staff.
- Develop skill-upgradation modules.
- Conduct internal workshops on biomechanics and recovery science.
- Establish performance review systems.
- Foster a culture of clinical precision and high-performance care.
Ecosystem Integration
- Collaborate with performance coaches, strength trainers, nutritionists, and longevity consultants.
- Design structured Rehab-to-Performance transitions.
- Integrate recovery into long-term athletic and longevity programs.
- Position physiotherapy as a strategic pillar within the ecosystem.
- Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
- Master's in Physiotherapy (MPT) mandatory
- Minimum 68 years of clinical experience
- Experience in premium clinics, sports setups, or high-performance environments preferred
