About The Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing, digitally driven consumer brand in the apparel/e-commerce space that is looking to hire a Head of Performance Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Management:
- Develop & Execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Meta, google
- Create and optimize ad copy to ensure relevance and quality score improvements.
- Plan landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR (click- through rate), CPC (click per cost), CPA (click per acquisition), and ROI.
- Generate detailed reports to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, clarity and first party attribution tools to assess traffic quality and campaign impact.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively across various campaigns.
- Ensure budget optimization to achieve maximum results within the allocated spend.
- Bid & Budget Optimisation
- A/B Testing & Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to identify high-performing variations.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Perform regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
- Identify and capitalize on industry trends and opportunities.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Meta & Google Ads certification required.
- Proven experience of minimum 4-5 years in managing Google Ads campaigns and other PPC platforms, preferably in brand (Apparel Industry) .
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, clarity, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing
