Role Overview

This role is for someone who can own end-to-end content across formats and ensure it directly contributes to:
- User acquisition
- Conversion
- Retention
- Brand positioning
You will lead how Univest communicates, sells, and scales through content.
What You Will Own
- Build and lead Univest's entire content engine (B2C/D2C growth focused)
- Drive revenue through content across:
- Performance ads (Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Organic (SEO, social)
- App & product content
- Landing pages & funnels
- Craft high-converting hooks, scripts, and narratives
- Define and evolve brand positioning in a cluttered fintech market
- Own end-to-end funnel thinking: Impression → Click → Conversion
- Work closely with performance marketing to scale winning content
- Build a content experimentation engine (A/B testing hooks, creatives, formats)
- Ensure every piece of content answers:
How much business did this generate
Key Responsibilities
- Write and supervise conversion-first content (ads, scripts, copies, landing pages)
- Develop viral + performance hybrid content strategies
- Identify and scale winning content formats across platforms
- Build a repeatable content-to-revenue playbook
- Lead brand voice, tonality, and positioning
- Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams for funnel optimization
- Track and optimize content ROI metrics:
- CAC impact
- Conversion rates
- CTR
- Retention via content
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of content driving real business results (not vanity metrics)
- Deep understanding of:
- Consumer psychology
- Conversion triggers
- Hook-based storytelling
- Expertise across multiple formats:
- Short-form video (Reels/YouTube Shorts)
- Performance ad copies
- Long-form SEO content
- Landing pages
- Strong grasp of brand building + performance marketing blend
- Ability to think in funnels, not formats
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Someone who has built or scaled B2C/D2C brands through content
