Proven leader to drive global HR systems specifically in UKG & Kronos
15+ years of leading in Workforce Management Technologies in global setups

Job Description

Manage the implementation and maintenance of UKG solutions by cross-collaboration to ensure seamless integration of technology systems.
Monitor and evaluate system performance to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Work closely with global stakeholders to understand business needs and align technology solutions accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

Extensive application support experience on UKG WFM Workforce Central/ UKG Pro, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person and Functionality access and Wage Adjustments
Proficiency in implementing and optimizing UKG solutions and Kronos
Strong understanding of people planning processes, business structures, global system design, and frameworks (GDPR, data privacy, audit)
Ability to collaborate with COE leadership and cross-functional teams in a global organisation
