About the Role

We're hiring our first Head of Partnerships & Alliances for the Lookup Business Unit at Zintlr.

This is a zero-to-one leadership role. You'll build the entire partnerships function from scratch — architecting and operating multiple partnership motions simultaneously with the goal of driving:

  • 15% of new ARR through partners by Month 12
  • 40% of new ARR through partners by Month 24

This is not a manage existing partnerships role.

You'll personally negotiate Tier-1 partnerships, ship initial integrations, design partner programs, build enablement systems, and create the SOPs/playbooks that allow the function to scale.

  • Startup/incubator ecosystem partnerships

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

Own partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue as a core business KPI.

Every partnership must contribute to:

  • Revenue
  • Distribution
  • Product moat
  • Ecosystem positioning

Technology & Integration Partnerships

Drive integrations and marketplace relationships with platforms in the sales ecosystem.

Marketplace Expansion

Own marketplace listings and ecosystem presence across:

  • HubSpot Marketplace
  • Salesforce AppExchange
  • AWS Marketplace
  • Atlassian Marketplace

Affiliate & Partner Programs

Design:

  • Commission structures
  • Recruitment systems
  • Enablement flows
  • SOPs
  • Attribution frameworks
  • Partner health systems

Build the function

You'll start as an individual architect-operator and gradually build a team that supports the partnership function.

What we are looking for:

Mandatory

  • 5–8 years of experience
  • Minimum 3 years in B2B SaaS partnerships
  • Built at least one partnership program from scratch
  • Personally negotiated and closed multiple partnership agreements
  • Experience shipping at least one product integration to production
  • Demonstrable partner-sourced revenue impact
  • Strong understanding of partner economics and GTM motions
  • AI-first operating mindset with real workflow automation experience
  • Excellent communication and executive-level relationship-building ability

Strongly Preferred

Experience in companies/categories such as:

  • Sales intelligence
  • Data infrastructure
  • Sales engagement
  • CRM ecosystems
  • Indian B2B SaaS

Work Model

  • Bengaluru-based, in-office role
  • Hybrid allowed (maximum 2 WFH days/week)
  • Fast-paced execution environment
  • Partnerships are long-cycle; expected tenure horizon is 24–36 months
