About the Role
We're hiring our first Head of Partnerships & Alliances for the Lookup Business Unit at Zintlr.
This is a zero-to-one leadership role. You'll build the entire partnerships function from scratch — architecting and operating multiple partnership motions simultaneously with the goal of driving:
This is not a manage existing partnerships role.
You'll personally negotiate Tier-1 partnerships, ship initial integrations, design partner programs, build enablement systems, and create the SOPs/playbooks that allow the function to scale.
You'll Own
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Build and scale:
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Own partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue as a core business KPI.
Every partnership must contribute to:
Technology & Integration Partnerships
Drive integrations and marketplace relationships with platforms in the sales ecosystem.
Marketplace Expansion
Own marketplace listings and ecosystem presence across:
Affiliate & Partner Programs
Design:
Build the function
You'll start as an individual architect-operator and gradually build a team that supports the partnership function.
