Head of Outbound Sales

As the Head of Outbound Sales at Klenty, you will play a crucial role in building and leading the frontline of our sales organization. You'll oversee the SDR team responsible for generating and qualifying leads, developing new business opportunities, fueling the growth pipeline, and taking them to closure.

You'll combine leadership, strategy, and hands-on executionmentoring a team of SDRs while also contributing directly to outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong leadership skills and a passion to close outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and coach a team of SDRs to meet and exceed lead generation and qualification goals
  • Own the end-to-end sales process of outbound leads generated by the team.
  • Develop and refine outreach strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
  • Implement and optimize SDR processes, cadences, and KPIs for efficiency and scalability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline assessments, and data-driven coaching sessions.
  • Manage outbound system hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of outreach metrics and conversion rates.
  • Implement the outbound deal momentum & closure process.

Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and campaign planning to align SDR efforts with company goals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 35 years of B2B sales or SDR experience, with at least 12 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
  • Proven track record in deal closures in a short span and ensuring a healthy/ active pipeline of customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities; comfortable working with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and passionate about building high-performing teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in generating outbound pipelines to closure of SaaS solutions to global audiences.
  • Background in building SDR playbooks, outreach sequences, or outbound selling processes.
  • Developing/assisting cold meetings to warm conversations to real opportunities.
  • Handling end-to-end closure of outbound opportunities.
