About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Operations Head who can take charge of our day-to-day operations and help the business grow.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in managing large teams, and the ability to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 300+ employees through managers, supervisors, and team leaders.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Plan workforce requirements, manage productivity, and improve team performance.
• Establish clear processes and SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor quality across data collection, data annotation, and related AI projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage operational budgets, resources, and overall efficiency.
• Coordinate with senior management to support business growth and expansion.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 7–15 years of experience in Operations, BPO/KPO, IT-enabled services, Manufacturing, or similar industries.
• Proven experience handling a workforce of at least 300 employees.
• Strong team management, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, dashboards, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in AI, data annotation, or robotics operations will be an added advantage.
