The foundation is in place. Product, tech, early brand — it's all there. What's needed now is someone to own the engine room. Someone who can take a fast-moving, ambitious startup and make it operationally tight without killing its soul.

The Role:

Full-time, on-site, Head of Operations based in Gurugram. You build the systems, processes, and infrastructure that let everyone else do their best work. You are the person who sees chaos and turns it into momentum. You'll work directly with the founder, shoulder to shoulder, on everything from vendor management and compliance to hiring ops and cross-functional execution.

What you'll actually do:

Own end-to-end operations — from day-to-day execution to building the processes that don't exist yet. Manage legal, compliance, finance ops, HR operations, and vendor relationships. Be the connective tissue between product, marketing, and business. And when something breaks (it will), fix it before anyone notices.

What we're looking for:

Preference for experience in financial services, insurance, or any regulated, trust-sensitive industry — because we operate in one. Strong process thinking paired with the ability to move fast when there's no process yet. Someone who has built operational infrastructure at an early-stage company, not just maintained it at a large one. MBA or equivalent — but honestly, what you've done matters more than where you studied.

The honest part:

There's risk here. Startup risk. The kind that comes with upside. We're offering INR 20–25L per year. For the right person, ESOPs are on the table — because we'd rather share the win with someone who's genuinely in it with us.

Gurgaon. On-site. We believe the best things get built in rooms, not on Zoom.
