About the Role
ViraworkX is building a curated talent platform for US companies — focused on rigorously vetted Indian engineers aligned to US time zones and execution standards.
This role combines Operations Head + Talent Head.
You will own:
- Talent quality (who gets in, who doesn't)
- Day-to-day operations (onboarding, readiness, execution)
- Turning founder intent into real execution
This is a hands-on founding role, not a policy or HR role.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce the ViraworkX talent bar
- Own vetting, onboarding, and readiness of engineers
- Set up and run operational SOPs
- Ensure smooth coordination between talent, founder, and clients
- Say no when quality is not met
This Role Is For You If
- You have 6–10+ years in operations / talent / staffing
- You're comfortable wearing multiple hats
- You understand early-stage chaos and can bring order
- You're okay with stipend-only compensation pre-funding
- You care about long-term upside > short-term salary
