Location: India (Remote)

Stage: Early-stage / Pre-funding

Compensation (Pre-funding):Stipend 0 – 1,00,000 / month

(Post-funding market correction will be done)

About the Role

ViraworkX is building a curated talent platform for US companies — focused on rigorously vetted Indian engineers aligned to US time zones and execution standards.

This role combines Operations Head + Talent Head.

You will own:

  • Talent quality (who gets in, who doesn't)
  • Day-to-day operations (onboarding, readiness, execution)
  • Turning founder intent into real execution

This is a hands-on founding role, not a policy or HR role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and enforce the ViraworkX talent bar
  • Own vetting, onboarding, and readiness of engineers
  • Set up and run operational SOPs
  • Ensure smooth coordination between talent, founder, and clients
  • Say no when quality is not met

  • You have 6–10+ years in operations / talent / staffing
  • You're comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • You understand early-stage chaos and can bring order
  • You're okay with stipend-only compensation pre-funding
