This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Operations based in Pune Division. The Head of Operations will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing processes, analyzing performance metrics, and leading cross-functional teams. The role also involves fostering effective communication across departments to drive organizational success.

• Expertise in Operations Management and strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Experience in Team Management, including leadership and motivational abilities
• Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience in Budgeting and financial planning processes
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
