Role Description

The Head of Operations will lead and oversee the daily operational activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of travel services and business processes. Key responsibilities include managing a team, streamlining operations, improving customer service experiences, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, monitoring budgets, and ensuring optimal use of resources. The role also involves strategic planning, analyzing trends, and developing actionable solutions to improve company performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and workflow optimization
• Operational expertise, including budgeting, strategic planning, and goal setting
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to work with vendors, clients, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in customer service management and handling diverse client needs
• Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to manage operations efficiently
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with local travel logistics and destinations in Kashmir is a plus
