Key Qualifications:
- Seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to lead end-to-end corrugation manufacturing operations with expertise in P&L management.
- Ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing high-speed manufacturing environments, focusing on operational excellence, cost optimization, and team leadership.
- Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corrugation manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee large teams and complex operations.
