Head of Operations - Mobile Robots

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all technical operations, covering R&D, engineering, product delivery, support, and services
• Manage a team of over 100 professionals across software, hardware, and embedded engineering
• Own and drive technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements
• Oversee project delivery from pre-sales engagement through to post-deployment service and support
• Establish world-class engineering and development practices across functions
• Build scalable, high-performance teams, with a focus on innovation, quality, and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Sales, Finance, Product, etc.) for business planning and execution
• Drive a service-oriented mindset throughout engineering and delivery teams
• Ensure effective customer engagement and satisfaction through reliable, timely, and high-quality delivery
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in robotics, automation, and electronics
• Represent the technology function in board and CXO-level meetings
