Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical operations, covering R&D, engineering, product delivery, support, and services
- Manage a team of over 100 professionals across software, hardware, and embedded engineering
- Own and drive technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements
- Oversee project delivery from pre-sales engagement through to post-deployment service and support
- Establish world-class engineering and development practices across functions
- Build scalable, high-performance teams, with a focus on innovation, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Sales, Finance, Product, etc.) for business planning and execution
- Drive a service-oriented mindset throughout engineering and delivery teams
- Ensure effective customer engagement and satisfaction through reliable, timely, and high-quality delivery
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in robotics, automation, and electronics
- Represent the technology function in board and CXO-level meetings
