Reporting To The CEO/MD, This Role Is Responsible For
- Leading the end-to-end strategy for value-added products, including coated, marinated, and ready-to-cook offerings.
- Driving innovation through development of differentiated, scalable product recipes aligned with international market requirements.
- Owning full P&L responsibility for the division, with a focus on margin expansion and profitable growth.
- Optimizing product mix and enhancing commercial performance through close alignment with sales and customer demand.
- Managing multi-site manufacturing operations and driving throughput, efficiency, and process standardization.
- Spearheading automation initiatives and embedding data-driven decision-making across operations.
- Strengthening ERP adoption and building robust dashboards to improve visibility on costing, efficiency, and supply chain performance.
- Engaging with global customers and partners to co-develop products and drive successful commercialization.
- Ensuring adherence to global quality and regulatory standards and leading audits and certifications
Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 15+ years of experience in food processing, frozen foods, or value-added protein manufacturing.
- expertise in product innovation and value-added processing.
- Experience in driving operational excellence, automation, and process improvements.
- understanding of ERP systems and data-led decision-making frameworks.
Experience of dealing with global teams would be advantageous for this role, but not a necessity.

Client is looking for leaders with extensive experience of manufacturing meat/fish products - specially RTE, RTC, Breaded products or value added product categories. The role will work closely with Global Sales and lead domestic manufacturing teams.
