The Head of Operations will lead end-to-end lending operations with a strong focus on scale, control, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include:. Owning the full loan lifecycle: onboarding, KYC, underwriting operations, disbursal, servicing, and collections
. Driving process excellence initiatives, including automation, digitisation, and TAT improvements
. Building scalable operations frameworks to support rapid portfolio growth
. Partnering with product, risk, and business teams to optimise customer journeys and improve conversion
. Monitoring operational KPIs including TATs, cost per loan, collection efficiency, and customer satisfaction
. Driving governance, compliance alignment, and operational controls across processes
. 10+ years of experience in lending operations across FinTech, NBFC, or digital lending platforms
. Strong exposure to end-to-end loan lifecycle management (onboarding to collections)
. Proven track record in process transformation, automation, and scaling operations
. Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
. Prior experience in consumer lending, MSME lending, or unsecured lending platforms is highly preferred
