What You ll Be Doing

Executive Support

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for improving operations.
  • Provide administrative executive support for executives in the US, including calendar management, strategic project governance, event organizing, etc.
  • Act as the office leader and right hand to the executive team, providing detailed support on sensitive matters and ensuring alignment in decision-making.

OfficeOperational Oversight:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth operation and effective management of company resources.
  • Ensure that transportation and facilities are properly managed in alignment with the needs of the business and North America Support team.
  • Ensure daily operations align with company policies, values and culture

Internal Communications:

  • Serve as a key point of contact between senior executives and employees, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Draft and disseminate internal communications, such as updates on company or office policies, objectives, and initiatives.

Problem-Solving Decision Support:

  • Act as point of escalation and final decision maker for office related issues based on the data, available resources, and business needs.

Budgeting Financial Management:

  • Oversee budget management for office operations, ensuring spending aligns with financial goals.
  • Manage resource allocation, ensuring cost control while maintaining operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Change Management:

  • Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong partnerships and effective collaboration
  • Lead change initiatives within the office, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed during transitions.
  • Manage the impact of organizational changes on employees, supporting them through transitions to maintain productivity and morale.
