Head of Operations

Clinformatiq Pvt. Ltd. is focused on bridging the gap between academic education and industry requirements by creating career opportunities for pharmacy and life sciences graduates through industry connections, skill development, training, and placement support.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Head of Operations to lead institutional partnerships, corporate relations, training operations, and placement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy colleges, principals, HODs, and placement officers.
• Develop partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
• Coordinate with corporate HR and recruitment teams to identify job openings, internships, and placement opportunities.
• Plan and manage student training programs, workshops, trainers, and day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand institutional and corporate partnerships.
• Lead placement coordination and support students in developing industry-relevant skills.
• Monitor operational performance, partnership development, and placement outcomes.
• Represent Clinformatiq at institutional meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business development, institutional relations, corporate networking, HR, training operations, or placement coordination is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships and drive business growth.
• Strong organizational, planning, and team management skills.
