We're looking for a Technology Operations Manager who can lead our technical delivery, manage development operations, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently with the highest quality.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our Technology Department.
- Manage website, web application, CRM, AI, and custom software projects from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Testers, AI Engineers, and Technical Specialists.
- Create project plans, timelines, and sprint schedules.
- Allocate resources based on project priorities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly planning meetings.
- Monitor team productivity and project health.
- Review project documentation before client delivery.
- Work closely with the CEO on operational improvements and team scaling.
- Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal processes.
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and client-facing teams.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or Technical Delivery.
- Experience managing web development or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of website development, web applications, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
