Position Summary:
The Operations Head will be responsible for the smooth, disciplined, and service-driven functioning of the hospital. This role demands mature leadership to ensure strong coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams, uphold high patient service standards, and support the hospital's business and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations across OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and emergency
- Ensure high standards of patient care, timely services, and courteous staff behaviour
- Drive internal conversions and support revenue growth in coordination with medical teams
- Maintain discipline, SOP adherence, and operational efficiency across all units
- Strengthen coordination between clinical and non-clinical functions for seamless delivery
- Monitor resource utilization, control wastage, and support cost-effective operations
- Support leadership in execution of business plans and special programs
- Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory norms

Candidate Profile:
- Master's in Hospital/Healthcare Administration or equivalent from a reputed institution
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in operations leadership in large tertiary care hospitals
- Demonstrated ability to work with clinicians, manage complexity, and lead teams with clarity and maturity
- Strong understanding of hospital business drivers, service levers, and institutional standards
- Steady, grounded, and hands-on leadership style with the ability to anticipate and act
