What We're Looking For:

12+ years of manufacturing operations leadership, preferably in electronics or related industries.

Strong expertise in plant operations, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

Cross-functional experience across production, planning, supply chain, procurement, maintenance, tooling, and manufacturing engineering.

Proven track record in improving productivity, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and equipment reliability.

Experience in NPI, capacity planning, and manufacturing scale-up.

Exposure to global organisations, ERP systems, budgeting, and cost optimisation.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; master's preferred.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in Tamil is mandatory, along with strong English communication skills.

What You'll Do:

Lead day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational KPI performance.

Optimise production, costs, inventory, and equipment reliability.

Oversee NPI readiness, capacity planning, tooling, and manufacturing scale-up.

Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and global teams to achieve business goals.

Manage operational budgets and ensure EHS, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
