Head of Operations and Export Marketing

We are currently hiring a Head of Operations & Export Marketing for one of our clients which is a prominent Mumbai-based conglomerate and global multi-mineral solutions provider.

Role: Head of Operations & Export Marketing.

Location: Mumbai.

Job Summary: This role combines the responsibilities of an Operations Head and an Export Sales Head. The person is responsible for running the company's day-to-day business smoothly in India while growing sales in international markets.

Job Description:

1. Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations.
2. Manage inventory, procurement, logistics, and supply chain.
3. Export Marketing & International Business Development.
4. Expand business in regions like the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas.
5. Ensure all export paperwork and regulations are followed.
6. Coordinate with customs, shipping companies, and government authorities.
7. Team Leaderships - Operations & export marketing teams.

Ideal Candidate:

• 18 to 25 years of experience in Operations, International Sales, Export Marketing, and Business Development (Minimum 10 years in a leadership role)
• Strong experience in handling global customers, distributors, and export operations.
• Exposure to manufacturing, chemicals, engineering products, industrial products, metals, mining, or B2B industries preferred.
