Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Merchandising located in Sonipat. The Head of Merchandising will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of merchandising strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, conducting market research, managing retail and sales activities, and aligning product offerings with customer needs. The role involves close collaboration with the sales, marketing, and product teams to drive sales growth and ensure alignment with the company's mission and values.
